The Town Hall was built in the 18th century, at least partly by engineer Giuseppe Castelli, originally from San Damiano. It was built by the Carlevaris Counts as a summer residence, which is why it is also called Palazzo Carlevaris. The council chamber and the municipal gallery are open to visitors.

The square in front of the church is now named after it. It is dedicated to the two saints Cosmas and Damian, patron saints of the city.

The parish church of San Vincenzo Martire was built between the 14th and 15th centuries. It has two naves and three aisles covered by cross, barrel, and ribbed vaults, punctuated by nine chapels. Tramway
The Old Site of the Civil Hospital and Nursing Home
An important public work was the steam tramway, opened to the public in 1882. The steam tramway ran from Asti to Canale, passing through San Damiano. In addition to the tramway, the city of San Damiano had a horse-drawn transport service called "Bric," which followed the tram route with scheduled services and additional services on request.
The nursing home was founded in the early 18th century by the Congregation of Charity, which required all municipalities to build at least one hospital to care for the poor. This was until 1968, when the Civil Hospital was closed. From then until 1982, it simply became the nursing home. The current building was converted into an apartment building, maintaining the same structure as the older wing.
Church of the Confraternity of the SS Annunziata
Happy Daneo House
Established on April 10, 1496, with the increase in the number of brothers of the SS. Annunziata, the municipality offered a piece of its own land near the Parish of SS. Cosma and Damiano. On the façade, above the central door, is a fresco depicting the Virgin Annunciate by the Archangel Gabriel. Inside, there is a crypt, an ancient underground church that served as the Brothers' winter services. Every year during the Christmas season, a mechanical nativity scene is set up inside the church.
This house, located on Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, belonged to the Italian historian Felice Daneo, born in San Damiano in 1825. He wrote many works with patriotic ideas, such as "On the Italian Monarchy," "The Little Subalpine Pantheon," "The Lives of Illustrious San Damiano Citizens," and "The History of the Municipality of San Damiano." On the facade of the house, you can admire the monument in his honor, which contains a text of his commemorative speech.
Chapel of San Rocco
Rosine Institute
The chapel dedicated to Saint Roch was built around 1660. The sanctuary is a simple building with a single rectangular nave. The structure of the building has remained unchanged over time. In modern times, the plastered façade has been embellished, but the liturgical building has retained a very simple appearance. A statue of Saint Roch above the entrance door has been an object of worship since its construction.
The Rosine Institute in San Damiano is one of the institutions founded by Rosa Govone, where she cared for girls who had been victims of violence. It was founded in San Damiano in 1770 thanks to the donation of her home by Mrs. Maria Barbero. The institution was very popular. A nursery school and a boarding school for girls were later established, and were greatly appreciated by the people of San Damiano. With the decline in the number of Rosine, the institution was forced to cease its activities.
